How to use this log
- Use one sheet per site and workday. Record observed facts, not planned actions as if they already happened.
- Include the method and units for every reading. Heat index, air temperature and WBGT are not interchangeable.
- Add an observation when conditions, tasks or protective measures change. Your plan determines the required frequency.
- Store the export according to your record policy. This document does not replace a plan, training, emergency response or required injury records.
